StreetLight #101 Haven't seen any like this other than in one park. To me it looks like its missing something...like a hat/cover LOL but its not, there is a thin metal cover on top... I'm guessing these have been there since whenever the park was made & would also assume they're MV?

Yep happening everywhere...and at full speed ahead. Even in places youd've expected the lights to be safe Confused
