The 2 'boxes' are 120v SSR's..
Both connect back to the main SSR units [url=http://80.229.24.59:9232/gallery/displayimage.php?pid=7145] shown in pic#1 [/url] 2-plugs one goes to mini lights on the roof, 1-plug goes to a strip of fluorescents.
Done to split the load off to a separate breaker & add a layer of isolation between the fluorescents & main SSR
