I’ve tried perl in these before, they don’t look right!, their kind of muted and dull, these cast the glass panel patterns over the garden the same way the 50 watt SON-T did.

Each to their own as they say, as that is the reason why I'd personally choose diffused lamps lol.

It balances itself out in a way, the 13 watt defused 4000K ones in here sort of looked like a defused halide lamp, in colour and brightness!, shutting them down to 7 watts, but using clear lamps gives a sharp light pattern on the lawn, but without being glarey.
