These have Black rounded corner BLI SRS ballasts in them, wired with a 8.4 UF cap , the ballast has 4 pins push fit cables

you can tell how old this pop pack is by the early shape of the slots in the trough, later ones had square cut slot holes, wheras this one has rounded ones
