Sylvania F15 T8 BL368 Two 442mm 15w UV-A T8 lamps designed for insect traps and killers. Outputs UV at 368nm. These are the original two that I fitted back in Jan 2015 to replace some no-name jobbies that was supplied with an Insect-O-Cuter ZE122 Plus Zap. I have since got 4 more, two to replace these and two as spares.

The local chippy has 2 8w versions of these and they last 3 - 4 years. They never re-lamp it early and they are usually left till they reach EOL and the starters get stuck which takes ages since it runs 24/7 (starters rarely used).
