WRTL 2000 lamp and reflector
Ive always liked the reflectors in these lanterns, just down to how shiny they are. Here I attempted to show the main beam of the reflectors. The Philips PL lamp here was dated 01/15 iirc, so a very recent replacement.

I didn`t know these were PL, when you see them in use, the reflectance looks like they have twin 18watt T8s in!

You'd notice if they were twin 18w tubes, the diffuser whilst it does refract the light considerably, you are left with a rather visible line of light.

I quite like these tbh.

Did they do these in SOX? Looks an ideal candidate for conversion Smile

They did do these in SOX, but I will be leaving this SS PL, just due to how unusual it is to find a SS lantern.
