These are awesome!!!
Where did you get these Dave and how much were they? Really like this design bet these kick out some light way more than most crap on the market!!! Looks like the fixing springs are all missing!
Oh now I know exactly what I would do with these!!!... Straight in the parents kitchen in place of the 50w halogens!!!
I bought these 4 years ago from the original factory shop for £5 for 3. Super cheap and came with Philips 10w PL's. Sadly they no longer make them, however I have plans for use in our kitchen (or my bedroom?)
Yeah the spring clips are missing, I know I have some somewhere but dont think I have enough
these would look great in a kitchen
Similar to my home made LED filament downlights!, didn`t know you could buy proper sets like this!
Nice set Dave thats an unusual find
Would be a sight & sound to behold when they all blink into life at once
As mad as it sounds, the wellglasses actually amplify the blinking sound, it sounds and looks amazing upon startup
Turns out these dont like the cold. had to put them in a shed over christmas season and 2 of the bottoms of these have shattered
That's a real shame! I suppose the odds of finding spares is negligible.
I won 3 of these down lighters on eBay for £5 last week
....and theyre now installed
