I agree jay to me they always seem that bit brighter too! Are these still made in the US or China? Surprised they are not banned like they are over here!

Yep, they do seem a bit brighter.
These were actually made in Poland (which I don't see often).
I believe they are technically banned as of 2014, but only manufacture/import, existing stock can still be sold. (plus I got them from a thrift-store)
I grabbed 3 packs, which should do me for quite a while Smile (none left since I grabbed the last of them LOL)
