the rose looks like De-Luxe Natural or like the later 1980's Thorn Rosetta tube for butchers shop meat displays

It's far more extreme than Deluxe Natural, Colour 79, possibly Rosetta as well. I would class it as an effect colour that's not for general lighting. Pink would be the closest analogy. I must crank it up alongside a Pink and Radar Red. That'll require special arrangement to power 15W, 40W and 80W BC alongside each other!
