That's what I thought with it being 65W. It's the only choke I've seen with lateral push-on connector plate, though. I have a similar choke but with screw terminal connections.

I have a few 65 watt superslims, most are 80 watt that i have seen, never seen this push on cable termination though. The last superslims had black rounded corner BLI chokes not the gold types

Mine must be an early one with the 80/125W old ballast
