Unbranded Siliconed 4' 40W Daylight (Cool White) Since this uses red printing I'm led to believe it could be made by Bright Light Lamps. As you can see it's EOL at this end but it rectifies steadily on Quickstart. The EOL filament has not gone open circuit.
