1942 Sylvania 4W T5 Black light blue Here is my 1942 Sylvania F4T5/BLB its the oldest tube in my collection and its the oldest BLB I have seen its NOS I lit it once its VERY dim but it does have some UV-A output (the etch is a bitch to take a picture of since it wraps around the tube and is quite faint) I got this awesome lamp from Jeremy (funkylamp) in a trade a few years ago

thanks for the nice comments Smile the sleeve is quite plane with just the makers name and a load of patent numbers stamped on it (I should look those up at some point heh)

Yes indeed, this came unexpected, when a seller send me a tube that i supose to get , turns out to be a prize peice here.
