Cosmo Facial tanning bed

I Found this odd ball tanning bed at thrift store and I paid 1 US Dollar for cosmos Facial tanner. Know me I had to take it apart to see what tubes and gear inside. first clue
was 4 philips S2 starters uncommon philips starters here in the states. then second clue was CE mark. up on opening first spotted a EU style made 15 watt choke power a T5 tube. I had a WTF moment being 15 watt chokes that normal runs 15 watt T8s . Then spotted a UK Sylvania made Cosmo tube same size as 8 watt tubes. this will be a project drilling rivets out and replacing 120 volt 15 watt chokes and put 8 watts tubes in there. prolly use one of choke in one of my Lampi fitting.
