GE Biax T 2-Pin Electronic Starter 26w PL-T Lamp

Here you see a GE Biax T 26w 2-pin PL-T lamp with built in electronic starter.

Someone mentioned GE 16w 2D lamps a while ago that had built in electronic starters, which got me thinking about some GE PL lamps that I'm sure I'd seen before with built in electronic starters, but my Google searches didn't reveal much so I thought I must have dreamed it or something! Obviously I didn't, as these cropped up in one of my Ebay searches not long after.

I was hoping they'd be warm start but they are not, they instant start and are very bright as you'd expect. Sadly a couple got broken due to shitty packaging from the seller so I'll take them to bits sometime and see what the starter is like.

Interesting! I’m curious to see what’s inside also. A shame it’s not programmed start but I suppose that would bump the price up. I modded a 16w 2D a few years ago with an EFS600 inside lol.
