Proper HF ballast - Thorn GD258, 1-10v Dimmable

This came to me within a new/unused & still packaged fitting, but said fitting had been stored somewhere very damp and/or possibly outside for a while & had gone rusty to the point that I scrapped the spine! Luckily the moisture doesn't seem to have got into this ballast too badly and it still works fine, it is now in daily use within a new spine
