Looks like a mis-print, as the code 535 and the sleeve both suggest white. Someone fucked up designing the etch. I doubt these have a particularly great lifespan, especially compared to the Osram Italy tubes we once used to get!

This tube actually should be 835 in colour if mine are anything to go off!

I guess these have gone the same way as the Bell tubes then if they are labelling 835 as halophosphor tubes/colours? It's nice to be able to get 835 8W tubes like that, as they never seemed that common compared with 8W/840, but annoying that they don't just update the labelling so you don't go expecting a halo tube and get triphosphor instead!

Have recently bought a few of the latest Osram Halo 765 tubes (what used to be "Energy Saver L36W/765"). Nowadays they don't consider them energy saver anymore, so they are labeled "Basic Plus"

One of the tubes in the lot has like 5mm of excessive length of lead wires sticking out of the pin ends (so check them before inserting them into fittings. Especially anything with plunger type sockets, those could cause a bad connection and heat up destroying a socket)

Everything else about the tubes looks normal and decently made so far...

The sleeves seem to be of a lower density, probably more-times-recycled cardboard

I have yesterday put the first 4 of them to use - on Switchstart, on a fairly lightly used setup, don't know what to expect yet but if there won't be dud's they will last for years with such use anyway. The 2013-ish Osram China 36W/765 were not bad, they did fair 8+ years of work day hours and a few still survive

the china made Osram Lumilux T5 35w tubes we get at work are garbage. They don't last half as long as the older German made ones did. In fact I found a brand new example of each a while ago and put them into a twin fitting as an experiment.

Yeah I had some china made Osram 14W HE's which definitely seem poorer. One was contaminated out of the box too and lit half purple for a while and kept tripping the EOL protection before eventually burning it off and having one darkened cathode.
