Inside the Wallpackette Here you see the insides of a Holophane Wallpackette I acquired recently. It was originally designed for 125w mbfu lamps, but has been converted to 70w SON at some point using a THORN EMI ballast. This had a nice GEC Solar Colour lamp fitted but sadly that was dead, a quick lamp change later and it now works fine

You going to go back original then? Or just leave it as you got it?

Probably put an LED corn cob in it Wink lol not. I am tempted to put this back into use but not sure on what to run in it. Probably leave it as 70w SON, or maybe PL-T?

Maybe go 70w ceramic halide ge street wise or philips city white if you want white light. But son sounds better! Have you still got the fucked solarcolor gec lamp then, if so got a pic lol

Halide is a possibility, but would mean spending money as it's something I don't already have lol. As for colour temperature, either 4000k or SON. I'll grab a pic of the Solar Colour later
