Philips TL-D 5' 51w Eco The 5ft version of the 4ft 32w eco tubes uploaded recently. These are good tubes but should only be used in a warm environment, Philips recommends 20°C+. Full brightness of these isn't achieved until an ambient temperature of 30°C! -only really achievable in an enclosed switch start fitting.
