There used to be a similar sign at my local car park. It had a green neon saying "spaces" and a red ones saying "full". It looked interesting and would last a very long time. I was replaced not long ago.

Multi-storey in Guildford had these back in the day. Always seemed to get smashed up by the kids tho, no matter how often they replaced them, soon got smashed again. Long gone now.
