Nice finds there, that base look like E17 intermediate base, kinda uncomon base in the US, are these rated at 25 watts? And we use 250 volt bulbs in few places like ones would be 250 volt exit light, where places have 3 phase Delta transformer banks in the US. These lamps prolly used in 240 volt sewing machines
