Very cool Dummondville lamp, U may want be extra care not hit them on the ends, These are bit prone to ringing off as this happens to Dez,

yeah I had a case of 6 or 12 of these many years ago and sadly pretty much all of them ringed off on me, hopefully yours are not from that same dodgy batch, but the candian sylvania tubes from this period are known for it like thorn lamps (they where made on the same machinery just in different locations!) so worth being extra careful with these
