Elbiru PLS electronic CFL lamp

Thanks goes to Andy for this! This lamp is very strange, the box has a cheap feel to it but the lamp feels very well made. It looks like either a rebadged Philips PL*C or a cloned version, and the tubes look Osram, not Philips. I believe this was made in Singapore so might have been assembled there with Philips and Osram components.
