Philips 24v PAR38 lamp
I only realised this was 24v when I got home! This was purchased in a shop, I'd seen it there loads of times. It was 50% off this time, so I got it. I had been wanting one of these what I nickname "football" fronted PAR38 lamps for some time, all the more curious that it is a 24v version! I'm guessing it was for low-voltage outdoor landscape lighting?

I wonder how many of these ended up going pop on the mains lol.

You'd think that something like this would have the fact it's 24v marked rather prominently on the packet and the lamp itself. I wouldn't have given it a second glance and would have assumed it was mains.

Have you ran it on 12 or 24v and confirmed it actually is LV and not just a misprint on the lamp? Laughing As above you'd think it was more prominent lol.
