Amazing street lighting art installation

This was also pictured in Bilbao, Spain. I had seen pictures of this on the internet before but had forgotten about its existence. I stumbled across it on holiday completely by chance on a walk round Bilbao and had to get some pictures of it! All of the lanterns were running CFL and LED lamps, presumably to save energy (HPS would be a bit absurd here!)
