Nice to see incandescents being used, our carousel on North Pier in Blackpool still has a few but cheap Chinese imports, sadly the music for it now comes from a cd player & amplifier with speakers

Ahh that's a pity - at least they haven't succumbed to LED yet by the sounds of it.

Sadly I think that's the way it will go, The festoon lighting on the pier has all been converted to LED.
