Forgotten Philips SGS203 and concrete column in Hackney

Spotted the other day as I was walking through Hackney in London. Having a look on Google Maps it would appear the newer column has been there quite a number of years already. The older column, a lovely old concrete, probably would've had a SOX or perhaps even fluorescent lantern at one point.
