Early Osram 60w clear Striplite lamp

This rather nice specimen was found in an old Ebay lot. Up until this point, I didn't realise these thicker types of Striplite lamps (common in Spain and France) had ever caught on in the UK. These were soon replaced by the thinner type that became very common.
