Nice ambience for a warm afternoon! Currently 14 degrees here and it’s been beautiful all day, but it’s gone black on the front as if a thunderstorm is brewing!, but it’s still warm! So to give my room a cool 5000 K ambiance I have currently a Philip 80 watt HQL and the defused one that James made giving a nice cool light!

The Iwasaki daylight halides are quite good when you want that colour!

I like that setup you have there Rich! Those pearl MB lamps made for us are great, that must have been a good 10 years ago now. Very Happy

Has it been that long? Surprised , mind you, that Philips on the left I’ve had for 39 years now!, my mate Steve gave it to me when I did a street lighting project at school when I was 15! As for the daylights, I only have 2 of them, both 250 watts Wink
