i doubt those electronic ballasts will last long in these fittings, they are a poor dirt and water ingress fitting

I agree Phil. These fittings were designed for the good potted Philips magnetic ballast not these all electronic ballasts that blow even when dry

Could be worse?, they are still HID at least.
