I don't think I've seen an Arrowslim like that before? Looks like a Tamlite Slimline thing.

I'm not 100% sure TBH, but I think I recall seeing a Tamlite slim batten of some sort that had square lamp holders just like this.

Looks like a Thorn fitting sold as a budget model under the Omega brand (was also offered by Woolworths as their own brand). I've got one somewhere....
