That’s amazing for 2 quid!, probably bought originally by someone who didn’t quite know what it was?

Bargain! Amazing to think that the Super versions are 40,000 lumens brighter than a standard 2kw lamp. That's like throwing in another 400w halide's worth for free! Light quality isn't as nice though, and they don't last as long. Trade offs I suppose.
