You could easily order the T shaped golfball and the spiral 8W ones from Philips with that packaging design but not a reflector one!

Indeed, I think Philips also sold candle-shaped and even GU10 base CFL lamps in this kind of packaging too. The rarest variant I think are the Daylight versions of the packaging which has blue accents instead of the usual red colour...
