Thorn KSP London Line - Restoration complete

This has been a very very long time coming, a lot of money, time and effort went into this one but finally, the Thorn KSP London lines extensive restoration and rebuild has been completed. It was also installed immediately after reassembly, finally getting some more storage space freed up, and ending its 8 year hiatus of lying around doing nothing.

The backside of the fitting was caked in grease and emulsion paint. 8 years ago when i first got it I knew I was never going to be able to give the fitting the restoration it so badly needed, so I just sprayed the back hammered black to tidy it up for the time being. Sprayed back to its original Gloss white, the whole fitting now looks a lot cleaner.
