@AngryHorse: The problem, is that this lamp was made at 1985-1987 before the invention of the UV doping quartz, so the outer is transparent to UVC. So I can use it only at the winter, because it would cause me to sweat if I would use it in the summer.

When you say the electrodes are like tungsten coils, do you mean like the Philips ones without the central shank?

I can't capture the electrodes of this lamp, when it isn't operates, because the arctube is very small.
