F32T8 Glow-Lux/Afterglow (off after running)
Glow-Lux/Afterglow lamps (shown just after being turned off).
When on they're just a plain 5000k lamp, but when you turn it off...they glow a green-blue color.
These work on the same principle as those "glow in the dark" toys.

They call them a T8, but in reality they're slightly thicker, more like a T9.

Camera didn't quite capture it right, they're not as bright as it looks, and a bi more green-ish

Cool it was only the other day I was playing with a bright light lamps 3' T8 pink which had an Awsome after glow it was almost like instead of just going off this lamp faded off and had a good after glow, what are the best lamps for this?

I'd say these are the best for it, since they're specifically designed to glow (hence the name Glow-Lux)...the original marketing hinted at using them instead of emergency fittings. Laughing
I'm not sure what the best 'normal' lamp for it is, I've seen various lamps after-glow, but just dim & not for very long. You should try & get a pic of that pink!
