Thorn 28w Hyform fitting in a shop
I saw 3 of these in the front area of a shop, all lit by LED track lighting, that I'd walked past lots of times. They look to be in great condition and are part of Thorn's early range of 2D fittings. They are really cool! As a side note, I know a building that still has some very rare Thorn 2D pyramid shaped fittings.

I've got one of these BNIB but I never thought there would still be any of them left still in service! I've only ever saw the recessed version and that was about 10 years ago and have been since removed.

There was a gift shop in Hawkshead had quite a few recessed ones until 2018 when it was turned into a cafe, sadly they were in a sorry state with brittle and broken plastic, they had angry start vivatronics in too.

Radio Rentals in my town was lit with these. They remained long after the store closed, seeing occasional use, usually in the run-up to Xmas, when you'd get some pop-up shop in there for a month or two. The last time that happened, only a few still worked. All long gone now, was refitted as a Cafe Nero.
