It was a rescue with missing cover. Cover shown is wrong type; I had to cut new keyholes to fix it. It had grey plastic ends which fell off readily. There was only one remaining and I don't know where that went. Ballast is 80W Quickstart. It works so reliably. It even started at 160V AC when we had a power fault.

Ha we had that 1 phase of the 11Kv out somewhere! Had that a few times here! It's an atlas Atlantic 4 sounds like
