I think i need to attempt to make a replica of this lamp. What voltage does it take and does it have argon inside?

The LP mercury arc voltage is about 12-15 volts, but the current is relatively big. The filament of this lamp needs about 30V with a less current. But these lamps need a special ballast with increased leakage inductance. So at startup, with the cold lamp, voltage downgrades, the filaments softly warming up, after little time the mercury arc is excites. You can see the filament has a thicker parts where arc is lit. And the other part of filament is hot too when the lamp is lit.
Yes, these lamp is also argon filled.
