EOL GE Genura induction lamp
Found in a lamp bin this morning, very sadly EOL... I'm still going to keep it as I only have 1 other well-used Genura in my collection. This would have cost a fortune when new!

If it was mine I'd probably do a full strip down to see how it works.

Tbh I'm quite tempted to do that seeing as I already have another... Slightly worried to damage it though. Confused

These come apart nicely if you know how to do it! Start with using a shim, a piece of a aluminium can or something else flexible but strong to cut the silicone around the rim of the glass bulb, itll then pop out exposing the coil, that will then pull straight out, its plugged into the pcb, then you pull the pcb out while melting the solder on the cap.
