Nice fittings, like my 4ft one but in newer condition! These older Eurobattens with the clipped on end caps are better than the newer Tamlite ones, those hold the end caps on with a springy strip of metal but the plastic loop on the holder sometimes breaks and the ends fall off!

Totally and the endcaps are so firm and I mean firm on the tube. One of these 2ft battens would be perfect for the downstairs cloakroom if I need to replace the 2D 28W circular fixture thats been in use since Aug 2015

They should last well if my 4ft one is anything to go by
