Yellow Colour Cover I had a couple of these back in the 80's, they were expensive back then. They are difficult to fit & remove but can be re-used once the lamp fails. They can be used on incandescent lamps of upto 60 watts.

That be a right finicky job - bit like putting latex gloves whilst your hands have ability to grip

I remember the first on I had I broke due to changing on different lamps :-/

I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't stay in the market for very long
