Sometimes these cheapo daylight CFL's can be quite interesting even if short lived! I wonder if you could re cap this to fix its flicker?

It’s rare to even find 6500K CFL here anymore Cool, they were just as scarce during the CFL era!

When the electrolytic capacitor fails, not only 100hz flicker, but 50% dimmer light.
