The 58W versions of these seemed to last forever, hopefully the other ratings were the same

The 36W ones and the 18W ones of this exact type are built so well that you can do many switching cycles, long hours and they'll still just do fine even if they look heavily worn out

Yes, I had one that had done so many hours the light output must have been less than half a new one, but it still kept going! In the end it had to be replaced as it was too dim to be usable

This is the type of quality standards that is now non-existent in nowadays lighting - amazing that this tube managed to reach the lumen loss stage whilst still working normally
