Interesting to see one of these! I have often seen them mentioned in catalogues etc. but havent actually seen one yet! Probably actually quite cheap generic lamp with this brand but would be very interesting to do a life test with to compare to the usual CFL's we see

I got a feeling that this will outlast most LED retrofit bulbs but won't have Philips Genie durability

Yes likewise, I can;t see it lasting as well as we have seen with some of the Genies, but it should do ok and makes a nice change to the usual triple tube designs

Yes I always like the bigger/longer CFLs regardless of wattage and number of tube turns
