Labcraft 8000 SC bulkhead, gear

I bought this Labcraft 8000 SC bulkhead some years ago now as a shell, with no gear present at all. It appears it was intended to be some sort of emergency light, but with nothing within, a shell is how it remained for years, until last weekend when I done a small bit of cutting and altering to allow a 2D lamp holder to be fitted.

Showing this side of the gear tray, it shows the cut out I made for the lamp holder. This was done by using a second tray with a 2D cut out already there, drawing round it to mark the tray, drilling two holes in opposite corners, and then using a junior hacksaw blade to cut into and create the opening needed to then get a small file in to true and square the holes up. This is the first time I've done it in this way, and it's the way I'll do it going forward from here, cause its a far easier and less damaging way to create these holes. Four pieces of wire is all the circuit comprises of, meaning this job was completed in minutes. Overall a very nice outcome.
