Car park revisit repairs
Nick repairing one of the ZXU1s.

The Urbis ZXU1s installed by me, Nick and James in Jan 2022 three needed relamping already!

As it turned out the building was refurbished earlier this, during this they fitted a digital time clock, and a 20lux on and 80lux nema photocell to control the outside lighting, including the car park!

The ZXU1s also run on photocells. Basically the main cell would switch, the ZXU1s would light and then go off because of the ZXU1 photocells. The firing up and then going off after a moment, which seem to shorten the life of the nos 90s Philips Powertones!

ZXU1 photocells were bypassed so now the main photocell controls these.
