Interesting, I didn't realise they made an electronic SL this early. Is this instant start or does it preheat like the PLE-C lamps?

This preheats slightly before coming on!

Lovely find especially that is an electronic ballasted version of the SL-D Cool and good job it preheats instead of instant start
