Very clinical Very Happy, but I would have used Osram Interna 41 for a more relaxed atmosphere Cool

Yes I agree Very Happy I mean personally I'm cool with that but for those having to wait there it can induce anxiety Crying or Very sad (the waiting room is windowless that is probs the reason they went for the 860 tubes) Either go for the tube you suggested or the Sylvania Luxline Plus 835 cos they give off a calming yet refreshing look at the same time Cool
