I rather like these louvre fittings, they had some in the offices were I had a part time caretakers job some years ago!

Yes me too they were a school and office environment staple growing up and now they seem to be less of them although you can still run into them 'in the wild'

Were not as much of school staple here (most schools used plain battens) but they just have the best light distribution for any desk/precision workplace, and not only those

Same with schools here - what I meant was that in some areas of the school they were used in office/staff room and teachers only spaces. However the school I went last had these in the science lab
