1000w Osram VIALOX NAV-E

1 x 1000w Osram Vialox coated elliptical high-pressure sodium lamp. NOS. UK-Made.

Quite a fearsome looking thing that seems to share it's outer envelope with the 1kW MBF lamp.
It's will be interesting to put one of these head to head with a 1000w mercury as this is almost twice the lumens!

It has an interesting construction. There is a double support frame which crosses over in the middle of the lamp.
